Product Description BINOMIAL International offers in-depth, hands-on experience in the Business Recovery Planning area. Our consultants conduct studies in this area world-wide. We are led by a leading authority in this rapidly expanding field. Binomial International is based in Ogdensburg, New York and the National Capital Region of Canada. Dr. Jeffrey Williams, our President, was a founding President of the Disaster Recovery Information Exchange. We produce Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) for both government
and private sector clients on an on-going basis. Our

To facilitate our consultations, we developed our own
proprietary software (PHOENIX) for
producing Disaster Recovery Plans. This software has proven to be
so popular that it has now become the largest part of our
business. It is constantly being refined and upgraded to help
others develop their own plans. We regularly conduct seminars in
Disaster Recovery Planning sometimes publicly but more often
in-house for clients. These are usually in the U.S., Canada, and
Asia. Binomial International has instituted the development of
disaster recovery plans, the development of information systems,
marketing studies and market analysis, transportation studies,
simulation studies, performance measurement, software
verification and validation of software and software systems,
project management, program analysis and software systems
integration. Binomial has developed comprehensive disaster plans for
numerous clients including ones as diverse as Government
Environmental Agencies, the Software Engineering Centre of the
Department of Defence, garment manufacturers in Montreal, a
Petro-Chemical company in Malaysia, University libraries, a
Survey of disaster preparedness for the entire Canadian
Government and conducted EDP Threat Assessment studies in DEMPS
(Engineering and Maintenance Planning and Standardization) and
the twelve HQ Divisions in CRAD (Research and Development Branch)
of the Department of Defence. Recently, Dr. Williams was
interviewed on this very important topic by World Radio
